Responsibilities

→Supervise daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
→Direct and develop distribution center staff through coaching, performance management, scheduling, and training initiatives.
→Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, cost per unit (CPU), fill rates, on-time shipments, and budget targets.
→Oversee receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
→Manage inventory control processes, reducing discrepancies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
→Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies related to workplace safety, security, equipment maintenance, and facility operations.
→Collaborate with logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency and service levels.
→Resolve employee relations issues and operational challenges through effective conflict resolution and leadership.
→Manage operational expenses and support budget and P&L objectives.
→Implement process improvements that enhance productivity, shipping performance, and overall warehouse efficiency.
