~1 min readteam, responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. This role plays a central part in ensuring people-related processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with organisational timelines and standards.
The Administrator works closely with managers and team members to support a wide range of people initiatives,
including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and general HR operations. With a strong focus on service delivery, the role helps maintain accurate records, supports compliance with internal processes, and contributes to the continuous improvement of systems and procedures.
In addition to their primary reporting line, the Administrator has a dotted line to the Learning & Development Manager, supporting the coordination and delivery of training activities. This includes managing training logistics, liaising with external providers, maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring a seamless learning experience for staff.
This is a dynamic and collaborative role that supports the creation of a positive and engaging employee experience, while also contributing to the growth and development of our people.
Coordinating key employee lifecycle administration, including offers, onboarding, employment changes and offboarding.
Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records, HR systems and documentation, including safety screening, right-to-work checks and accreditation requirements.
Providing timely and helpful support to employees and managers, responding to queries and escalating more complex matters where required.
Supporting the administration of learning and development activities, including training logistics, provider coordination, attendance and participant communication.
Maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting users, managing course information and producing participation and completion reports.
Managing shared inboxes, invoices and general administration to keep People Experience and learning activities running smoothly.
Providing administrative support across the broader People team, including projects and initiatives across Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging and Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
Contributing to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably within HR, Learning & Development, Safety, or Recruitment environments.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, including high attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience monitoring shared inboxes and escalating queries appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to streamlining processes and systems.
Understanding of, or a demonstrated commitment to upholding, Child Safe Standards in the workplace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
