What We Offer

✓5+ years of CNC machining experience including setup, tooling, and troubleshooting.

✓3+ years operating 5-axis gantry mills.

✓Strong knowledge of G and M code and CNC operations.

✓Familiarity with inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

✓Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where speed matters.

✓Willingness to learn new machines, processes, and tech on the fly.

✓Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

✓Background in aerospace, defense, or motorsport tooling and mold making.

✓Experience machining from complex or non-rectangular stock (e.g. foam blocks, prints, castings).

✓Comfortable with Siemens or HAAS controllers.

✓Past work in both R&D/prototype and production environments.

✓Exposure to 3D printers (any type), hybrid workflows, or additive-subtractive processes.

✓CAM experience with Tebis, Fusion, or ESPRIT.

✓CAD familiarity with NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
