LearningRx Tysons is seeking a part-time Office Administrator / Director of First Impressions to support our brain training center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values organization, and wants to contribute to a positive, mission-driven environment helping children and adults succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all families and visitors
Answer incoming calls, listen carefully, and schedule appointments
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships
Keep schedules, records, and materials organized
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Assist with community outreach and local events
Help in Brain Training students (must complete LearningRx Brain Training certification)
