Group Accounts Payable

Are you confident managing high-volume financial processes with accuracy and pace?

 

Join Legend’s Finance team in Varna, and build your experience in a fast-moving, global business. You’ll support key Accounts Payable processes, from invoice and payment processing to reconciliations and month-end close, helping ensure accuracy and control across the function.

 

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, organisation, and a willingness to learn are key. If you have some Accounts Payable experience and are looking to develop your skills in a supportive, high-performing team, you’ll play an important role in keeping our finance operations running smoothly while continuing to grow your career. 

 

Processing supplier invoices, payments, and intercompany transactions with accuracy and efficiency. 

Maintaining financial records in the accounting system, including bank reconciliations. 

Managing company credit cards, including monthly postings and reconciliations. 

Performing cost reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and liaising with internal teams to resolve issues. 

Supporting month-end close activities, including supplier statement reconciliations. 

Reviewing and processing employee expenses and travel costs in line with company policies. 

Assisting with annual accounts preparation and providing support to the wider global finance team. 

• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliations, and how Accounts Payable works alongside Accounts Receivable.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A collaborative team player who can meet deadlines and take ownership of their work.
• Fluent in the English language.
