We want Lemio to be an AI-first company, and we need you to build it!

(full time - part-time - contract - freelancer -> we don't care)

You will directly work with Stephan who has built automated workflows all his life.

Current challenges

Develop and implement a communication strategy towards our global community of talents, users, partners, investors
Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments.
Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration test in one-week sprints and measure results. Overall, buidling a system that tracks and measures results will be a core OKR of this job.
Use AI tools (Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our day-to-day processes and everything that we do at least once a month.
