Warehouse Assistant

Location: Pembroke, MA

Employment: Seasonal (May-August) and or (October-Janurary)

Report To: Warehouse + Inventory Manager 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized work environment.

• →Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries
   
• →Check goods against delivery notes and report damages or discrepancies
   
• →Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in an organized and accurate manner
   
• →Label, store, and organize inventory correctly
   
• →Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
   
• →Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
   
• →Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
   
• →Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations
   
• →Assist with general warehouse duties as required

• →Prepare shipments for carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

• →Assist with returns and exchanges processing

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
   
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting (typically up to 40–50 lbs) and standing for long periods
   
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
   
• Attention to detail and accuracy
   
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   
• Good time management and organizational skills
   
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Active drivers license and willingness to drive company vehicles

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one (advantage)
• Experience with Shopify, inventory systems, or shipping software (preferred)

• May involve shift work, including weekends or evenings
   
• Warehouse environment with physical activity
