Responsibilities
~1 min read- Own and evolve the company’s digital ecosystem, including websites, portals, marketing automation tools, email platforms, and social channels.
- Define and execute digital roadmaps supporting product launches, contractor enablement, distributor communications, and lead generation.
- Ensure digital platforms are optimized for UX, SEO, analytics, and conversion performance.
- Oversee agency and vendor relationships related to web development, digital media, and marketing technology.
- Lead internal and external communications strategy, ensuring consistent, clear, and compelling messaging across all channels.
- Develop and manage content strategy including product messaging, thought leadership, corporate communications, case studies, and technical storytelling.
- Partner with product, engineering, and regulatory teams to translate complex HVAC technologies into customer-facing narratives.
- Support internal communications related to product changes, initiatives, and strategic programs.
- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns supporting sales growth, channel programs, and new product introductions.
- Collaborate with sales and channel marketing to create digital assets that support contractor and distributor engagement.
- Guide paid media, email, and social strategies to drive measurable pipeline and brand awareness outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between national marketing initiatives and regional execution.
- Enforce brand standards across all digital and communication materials.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track engagement, lead performance, content effectiveness, and ROI.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine messaging, channels, and campaign approaches.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital and communication professionals.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, sales, and product teams.
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and communications, with leadership responsibility.
- Experience in HVAC, building technologies, manufacturing, or industrial B2B environments strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading digital platforms, integrated campaigns, and content strategies.
- Expertise in marketing automation, CRM integration, web CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of channel-driven go-to-market models (contractors, distributors, reps).
