MUSIC TEACHERUPPER SCHOOLFULL TIME Kennesaw, GA2026-2027Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Adhere to the school’s mission and the principles of classical education
- →Plan lessons and deliver instruction according to NCA’s classical curriculum and pedagogy, guiding students to acquire skills in music and to enjoy, appreciate, and interpret music in their daily lives
- →Encourage and promote the coordination of music with other subject areas in the curriculum
- →Evaluate student performance in music, maintain grade books in Infinite Campus, and communicate proactively with parents
- →Assist the Director of Fine Arts in inventorying, organizing, ordering, and caring for music materials and equipment
- →Assist in planning, preparing, and executing programs and festivals for the school
Requirements
~1 min read- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a fully accredited college is required.
- Valid teaching certification in Georgia is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in classical education is preferred but not required.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
