Licensed Vocational Nurses and Psychiatric Technicians are encouraged to consider a per diem weekend position with Liberty Healthcare’s mental health program at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility – a Riverside County jail.
This program provides mental health evaluation and treatment services to adults who are justice-involved and experiencing mental illness.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Providing basic nursing care to jail inmates
- →Administering IV and oral medications
- →Providing health education
- →Observing and documenting health status
- →Collaborating with security staff
- →Ensuring program clients receive high quality health services
You will work onsite at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility at 1627 S. Hargrave Street in Banning, CA 92220.
- You will work per diem (as needed) primarily on weekends
- Work hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
$30.00 to $36.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)
