Administrative Assistant - healthcare

A full-time Administrative Assistant position is now available with Liberty Healthcare.

Liberty Healthcare operates a specialized mental health program within multiple San Diego County jail facilities.

The goal of the program is to provide rapid mental health services to people in need - so they may achieve improved behavioral health outcomes as quickly as possible.

As Liberty Healthcare’s Administrative Assistant your day-to-day work will involve:

• →Providing administrative support to the mental health team

• →Organizing patient charts, electronic files, and other health data

• →Scheduling appointments and meetings

• →Composing and editing letters, memoranda, forms, and reports

• →Communicating with stakeholders

• →Assisting with various projects

You will split time working onsite at these two jail facilities:

• The Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility at 451 Riverview Parkway in Santee, CA 92071

• The Rock Mountain Detention Facility at 406 Alta Road in San Diego, CA 92158 (nearby Otay Mesa)

You will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
