Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to consider a full-time position with Liberty Healthcare’s medical group at DHCI - a highly rated skilled nursing facility located in Smyrna, Delaware.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Providing primary care to a case load of approximately forty patients
- →Rounding on units daily and evaluating patients
- →Conducting examinations, performing diagnostic tests, providing preventive care, developing and managing treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases, and prescribing medications
- →Providing consultation and health education to nursing and ancillary staff
- →Collaborating with the facility's onsite Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, RNs, and direct support staff
- →Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
You will work onsite at DHCI Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.
