We have multiple permanent part-time opportunities across our Lifestyles & Supported Living programs, supporting people with disability to live fulfilling, connected lives in their community.

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a dedicated team to provide person-centred support and help create a safe, inclusive and culturally respectful environment. You’ll support people with a range of complex needs, including personal care, behaviour support, complex health needs, manual handling and hoisting.

Our clients enjoy a range of activities including arts and crafts, gardening, dancing, music, community activities and connecting with culture. You’ll play an important role in supporting them to pursue their interests, achieve their goals and participate in their community.

These roles will require successful applicants to be available and willing to work within a 24/7 roster that includes regular shift work, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.  

• →Provide active, person-centred support tailored to individual needs and goals.
• →Follow and implement behaviour support plans.
• →Support people to participate in enjoyable activities, community life and cultural activities.
• →Provide personal care and support with daily living.
• →Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other support professionals to provide consistent, high-quality support.

• Experience providing personal care.
• Previous experience supporting people with complex health needs.
• Experience supporting people with behaviours of concern and following behaviour support plans.
• An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
• A current Provide First Aid Certificate and CPR.
• A sound understanding of, and sensitivity to, Aboriginal culture and the issues affecting Aboriginal people.
