We're looking for a Systems Analyst II - Health & Welfare Benefits Implementations to join TELUS Health's dynamic implementation team—where you'll work on cutting-edge projects that directly improve how organizations manage employee benefits and wellness programs.

→Drive real implementations – Configure and deploy our proprietary Health & Welfare software for major clients, watching your work directly impact thousands of employees

Your foundation:

Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience)
1-3 years working in IT, system configuration, or implementation

Must-have: SQL expertise (MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus)
Strong-to-have: ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, or similar languages
Nice-to-have: Experience with configuration tools, Microsoft Office suite (including Copilot), and Azure DevOps
Ability to read technical documentation and debug like a pro

H&W Benefits and/or Payroll knowledge (highly valued!)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and time management
Initiative and independence paired with genuine teamwork
Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
