We're looking for a Systems Analyst III - Health & Welfare Benefits Implementations to join TELUS Health's dynamic implementation team—where you'll work on cutting-edge projects that directly improve how organizations manage employee benefits and wellness programs.
Responsibilities

~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 3-5 years working in IT, system configuration, or implementation
- Must-have: SQL expertise (MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus)
- Strong-to-have: ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Nice-to-have: Experience with configuration tools, Microsoft Office suite (including Copilot), and Azure DevOps
- Ability to read technical documentation and debug like a pro
- H&W Benefits and/or Payroll knowledge (highly valued!)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and time management
- Initiative and independence paired with genuine teamwork
- Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
