Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Leadership & Team Management: Oversee, coach, and mentor HR, recruitment, and administrative teams in Georgia, Armenia and US, driving continuous improvement and devolving responsibilities to empower line managers
- →Global Collaboration: Work closely with the US office and establish strong cross-functional partnerships to support business needs and drive organizational effectiveness
- →Culture & Transformation: Lead the practical implementation of company culture, support change management, and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality
- →Talent & Innovation Strategy: Drive workforce planning and organizational design. A major focus will be building a dedicated AI/data practice team and establishing an explicit AI/ML team within the production department
- →Partnerships & Learning: Coordinate employee development to successfully achieve data partner certification requirements
- →Full-Cycle HR & Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, handle Compensation & Benefits, and oversee the HR budget. You will conduct regular 1-on-1s to proactively address burnout, resolve conflicts, and ensure a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding
- →Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with employment laws across all locations, mitigate HR-related risks, and maintain accurate reporting and audits
- At least 7 years of professional HR experience, with at least 3 years in team management.
- Experience working in international companies and managing cross-cultural teams
- Strong working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, performance management, diversity, employee/union relations, and employment laws
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in both English and Georgian languages
- Education & Background: A Master’s degree in HR, People Management, or a related field. A background in Psychology, or practical experience in psychological practice and coaching is highly desirable. SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP credentials are also strongly preferred
- Location: Based in Tbilisi, Georgia (Full-time, regular employment; must be open to occasional travel)
