Location: New County Hall, TR1 3AY or Carolyn House work base. The team often works from an informal base in Newquay.
Pay Rate: £32

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a team based in Cornwall.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Cornwall. The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams across agencies to support vulnerable adults. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires being based in or traveling to the Watergate PCN area as needed. This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week. Condensed working hours can be considered.

• →Collaborate with team members and multi-disciplinary teams to support vulnerable adults.
• →Ensure the views and wishes of individuals and carers are central to all decision-making processes.
• →Complete Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) and Best Interest decision-making.
• →Act to protect adults in need of support services in line with legal requirements.
• →Conduct safeguarding enquiries and self-neglect interventions.
• →Promote independence, prevention, re-abolement, and self-determination.

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
