Social Worker - Generic Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Generic Team at Hull City.

• →Holistic Assessment — Complete strengths‑based Care Act assessments, reviews, and proportionate interventions for adults with a wide range of needs, ensuring eligibility decisions are clear, person‑centred, and legally compliant.
• →Safeguarding & Risk Management — Manage safeguarding concerns, undertake Section 42 enquiries where required, apply the Mental Capacity Act, and develop risk‑reduction plans that promote safety, independence, and wellbeing.
• →Care Planning & Multi‑Agency Coordination — Develop and review support plans, commission appropriate services, and work collaboratively with health, housing, providers, and community partners to deliver effective, outcome‑focused support.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
