Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) in Independent Living Service Team based in Wolverhampton.

Responsibilities

→Work as a field-based Occupational Therapist within the Independent Living Service
→Complete assessments for individuals with complex health and social care conditions
→Provide recommendations and support for aids and adaptations to promote independence and safety
→Collaborate with service users, carers, and professionals to deliver tailored support plans

Requirements

Qualified Occupational Therapist
Experience in community-based work with a focus on aids and adaptations
Strong understanding of complex health and social care needs
