Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative team based in Stevenage. The role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and transition cases. You’ll work closely with residents, professionals and community networks to deliver impactful, person-centred care.

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Build effective relationships with residents, professionals, and community networks.
• Conduct assessments using appropriate frameworks and develop cost-effective support plans.
• Manage your own caseload independently, prioritising tasks and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Participate in planning and reviewing cases, contributing technical expertise and insight.
• Provide feedback to support service improvement and operational planning.

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Qualified, HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and transition work
• Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Strong decision-making and teamwork skills
• Full UK driving licence and regular access to a vehicle
• Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
• References required
