To be successful in this role you must have,
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a permanent Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Specialist School team in Mitcham, supporting children and young people with complex needs including autism, SEMH, ADHD, and associated conditions.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a therapeutic, education-focused environment where your clinical expertise will help pupils thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT interventions
- →Assess and support pupils with sensory, motor, and functional needs
- →Develop and implement individual therapy plans
- →Collaborate with education and care teams to embed therapeutic strategies
- →Contribute to EHCPs and attend review meetings
- →Promote independence and participation in school life

- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Knowledge of sensory integration and functional assessments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and therapeutic best practice
