Responsibilities

→Provide safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services
→Support triage processes and reduce duplication between health and social care to manage OT waiting lists
→Assist external care providers with safe and appropriate moving and handling practices
→Review care packages to ensure best value and effective use of equipment
→Assess and review double-handed care packages
→Offer mutual aid to other OT areas as needed
→Deliver OT assessments and reviews across the directorate
