Residential Support Worker - Hertfordshire

Support vulnerable children and young people in a residential care setting, promoting their physical and emotional well-being and helping them achieve positive outcomes in life.

• →Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to residents
• →Assist with daily routines, education, and leisure activities
• →Record and report observations accurately
• →Promote safeguarding and child protection
• →Work closely with families, social workers, and other professionals

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
• Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A full UK driving license (often preferred or required)
• Enhanced DBS check
