The ideal candidate will:

• →Be registered with Social Work Wales.
• →Possess significant experience in progressing Child Protection and CIN plans.
• →Demonstrate expertise in assessing and managing risk in complex cases.
• →Be organized, resilient, and adept at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on the best outcomes for children.
• →Ideally, be a driver with access to a car and eligible to reside and work in the UK.
