Social Worker - Children’s Safeguarding Team - Swansea

• →Developing and implementing measurable, timely interventions in Child Protection/CIN plans.
• →Identifying when further intervention is required to protect children within your caseload and taking appropriate action.
• →Championing practice improvement, actively participating in process, procedure, policy, and strategy development.
• →Managing and assessing risk, leveraging technical authority and deep expertise in social care practice.
• →Supporting and mentoring others while maintaining credibility and hands-on experience in complex cases.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be registered with Social Work Wales.
• Possess significant experience in progressing Child Protection and CIN plans.
• Demonstrate expertise in assessing and managing risk in complex cases.
• Be organized, resilient, and adept at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on the best outcomes for children.
• Ideally, be a driver with access to a car and eligible to reside and work in the UK.
