Social Worker - Private Hospital

Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Social Worker to support individuals receiving care and treatment for eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and atypical eating disorders. You’ll play a vital role in helping patients navigate their recovery journey, working closely with families, external agencies, and our internal clinical team.

The overall aim of the service is to provide a stabilising environment, working with individuals to prevent further escalation of behaviours, leading to improved quality of life and greater independence

In this role, you will be,

• →Providing psychosocial assessments and care planning
• →Supporting patients with discharge planning and community reintegration
• →Liaising with families, carers, and external services
• →Advocating for patients’ rights and wellbeing
• →Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment reviews

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
• Experience in mental health or eating disorder services preferred
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
