Social Worker - Safeguarding Front Door Team

1. →Conduct prompt and thorough initial assessments of safeguarding referrals to determine the level of risk and required interventions.
2. →Lead and participate in safeguarding investigations, ensuring all actions comply with relevant legislation and policies.
3. →Provide immediate support and intervention in crisis situations to ensure the safety of individuals at risk.
4. →Manage a caseload of safeguarding cases, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all assessments, plans, and interventions.

To be successful in this role, you must be registered with Social Work England, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence. You should also possess a degree-level qualification or equivalent in Social Work, along with relevant post-qualified experience.
