Supervising Social Worker - Fostering

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Supervising Social Worker on behalf of its client’s Fostering Team, based in Wolverhampton. As a Supervising Social Worker, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality fostering service that promotes the best outcomes for children. You’ll support foster carers, manage your own caseload, and ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding.

• →Support & Supervision: Recruit, assess, and supervise foster carers, providing regular guidance, training, and development support.
• →Child-Centred Practice: Attend placement planning meetings, contribute to care plans, and ensure children’s voices are heard.
• →Quality & Compliance: Complete assessments, reviews, and statutory checks, and present reports to the Fostering Panel.
• →Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with local authorities, schools, and health professionals to ensure joined-up support.

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Experience in fostering or children’s services.
• Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
