→Share our mission, help customers find the perfect pieces, and personalize recommendations based on their needs.
→Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events—making every visit extra special.
→Assist with transactions at the POS system, answer customer questions, and provide top-notch service.
→Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our customers.
→Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
→Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs to keep the store thriving.
→Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

Retail Experience Preferred - But if you’re a fast learner with a great attitude, we’d love to meet you!
Strong communication skills—you love chatting with customers and working with a team.
Passion for beading, styling, and even capturing fun content in-store.
You stay positive and find solutions with a can-do attitude.
Able to work weekends and holidays.
