We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist who doesn't want to just mechanically process tickets. We need a tech-savvy partner who isn't afraid to experiment with new tools and wants to play a key role in how we connect sports content with advertising.
This role is a perfect opportunity for someone with a mix of a technical and analytical mindset who wants to grow professionally within the digital marketing space.
This is a full-time position offered in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).
End-to-end Campaign Management: You will take full ownership of setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns within our ad servers.
AI in Practice: You won’t be doing the same manual tasks over and over. Your mission will be to actively find ways to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, and others) to automate routine work and streamline workflows.
Technical Support for Sales: You’ll become the go-to person for our Key Account Managers. You will help them resolve technical queries regarding tracking, creatives, and available inventory for global clients like Betano, Bwin, or Tipsport.
Quality Assurance: You will monitor everything to ensure it runs smoothly—from troubleshooting technical glitches to proactively resolving campaign delivery issues.
Process Mapping: Documenting workflows in Confluence to ensure our team’s know-how grows along with the company.
Tech Enthusiasm: You enjoy the digital world and want to understand what’s happening "under the hood" of online advertising.
AI-First Mindset: Experimenting with AI tools comes naturally to you. You are always looking for ways to simplify your life and work.
Analytical Thinking: You have an eye for detail, you are responsible, and you aren't afraid to ask questions when you hit a roadblock.
Technical Foundation: Terms like tracking or analytics aren't completely foreign to you (or you have a huge appetite to learn them).
Fluent English: To communicate with international platforms and navigate technical documentation easily.
Have experience with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers.
Have a basic idea of what HTML, JavaScript, or CSS is (not a requirement, we’re happy to teach you).
Have experience with GA4 or GTM.
