OTC Packing Clerk

1. Retrieves OTC order forms and accurately picks products to fulfill patient orders.
2. Packs OTC items in bags or boxes and applies patient labels with addresses and barcodes.
3. Sorts completed orders by delivery route and prepares shipments for delivery or mailing.
4. Maintains inventory by stocking shelves and organizing products daily.
5. Assists with loading, transporting, and staging completed orders for distribution.
6. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
7. Reports inventory, maintenance, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
8. Performs additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
