In this highly visible role, you will combine financial planning and analysis, project profitability management, business intelligence, and strategic financial modeling to help drive informed decisions, improve operational performance, and support the long-term success of our growing engineering consulting practice. This position works closely with project managers and leaders across the organization to translate data into actionable insights that enhance project outcomes and company performance. What We Offer

- Help develop annual financial plan and monthly forecasts.
- Analyze revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and operating expenses.
- Build financial models supporting strategic initiatives.
- Perform trend analysis and scenario modeling.
- Support long-range business planning.
- Assist with acquisition due diligence and financial modeling when required.
- Help develop executive dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting tools.
- Automate recurring financial reports.
- Analyze operational trends and recommend improvements.
- Assist department managers with annual financial planning.
- Monitor departmental spending.
- Recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Support capital expenditure planning.
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives.
- Support pricing analysis for new proposals.
- Analyze return on investment for major capital expenditures.
- Assist in M&A analysis and integration activities.
- Support ESOP valuation and financial reporting, if applicable.
