Connectivity Superintendent

• →Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage Connectivity projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
• →Manage 2-4 crews/ Connectivity projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
• →Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
• →Independently start and manage projects
• →Through managing your team, delivering against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
• →Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
• →Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

• Have experience managing 2-4 crews/telecommunication projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
• Have demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
• Have experience leading both large construction and data center projects
• Have experience utilizing prefabrication
• Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
• Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
• Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain BICSI Technician and RCDD certifications
