Project Controls Coordinator

• →2+ years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience.
• →Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities. 
• →Understanding of construction financial controls and change management.

• Vista ERP preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish 

• Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.  

• Occasional travel may be required.  

• Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.  

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
