Project Delivery & Management

  • Lead projects through strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, successful construction execution, monitoring, and closeout phases.
  • Function as an extension of the client's team, fierce owner advocate, and primary point of contact across consultants, contractors/GCs, and vendors.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder logistics, municipal/agency approvals, and site constraints to ensure predictability and schedule adherence.
  • Maintain a keen eye for quality and the ability to provide thoughtful feedback with proposed solutions.
  • Be willing to travel periodically to support off-site project kickoffs, client meetings, and active job sites across the regions – ultimately, we go where the work is.

Project Controls & Financial Management

  • Oversee comprehensive project controls, including baseline schedule tracking, cost estimating, cash flow forecasting, and change order evaluation.
  • Ensure open-book transparency on GC buyouts, contracts, exposures, and commitments.
  • Oversee invoice tracking, processing, and timely client billing and collections.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on the Bay Area labor and material escalation to rigorously vet contractor pricing, validate cost estimates, and provide data-driven budget recommendations to the client / stakeholders.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance

  • Lead proactive risk management, contingency tracking, and schedule/budget recovery planning.
  • Identify project risks early, check egos at the door, and implement actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure proper project documentation, quality assurance controls, and client reporting standards across all lifecycle stages.
