Superintendent Electrician

• →Oversee management of all project craft employees.
• →Work closely with the project management team to ensure adherence to the project schedule and budget.
• →Maintain the construction schedule for the entire project, ensuring its accuracy and relevance throughout the project lifecycle. Train foremen to develop, monitor, and adhere to a 3-week look-ahead schedule accordingly.
• →Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project.
• →Ensure that all work meets required standards and compliance. Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.
• →Promote and enforce safety standards on the project site. This includes conducting safety audits, providing safety training to staff, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

• 8+ years of experience in the electrical trade, preferably with data center construction or related fields.
• Experience managing projects with multiple crews and at least 150 craft employees.
• Proficiency in interpreting and comprehending drawings, submittals, specifications, and BIM detailing.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust construction schedules for overall projects
• Ability to contribute to or direct installation and troubleshooting processes

• Outside most of the time.
• Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures
• Limited working surfaces
• Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors
• Exposure to areas with limited visibility
• Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)
• Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time monthly for required tasks
• If driving is required, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
