Superintendent Electrician

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee management of all project craft employees.
- →Work closely with the project management team to ensure adherence to the project schedule and budget.
- →Maintain the construction schedule for the entire project, ensuring its accuracy and relevance throughout the project lifecycle. Train foremen to develop, monitor, and adhere to a 3-week look-ahead schedule accordingly.
- →Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project.
- →Ensure that all work meets required standards and compliance. Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.
- →Promote and enforce safety standards on the project site. This includes conducting safety audits, providing safety training to staff, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Requirements
~1 min read- 8+ years of experience in the electrical trade, preferably with data center construction or related fields.
- Experience managing projects with multiple crews and at least 150 craft employees.
- Proficiency in interpreting and comprehending drawings, submittals, specifications, and BIM detailing.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures
- Limited working surfaces
- Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors
- Exposure to areas with limited visibility
- Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)
- Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time monthly for required tasks
- If driving is required, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
