Industrial Operations Intern - AIT

Orbitworks is a sovereign aerospace and advanced technology company in the UAE. We build and test real satellite systems — and our interns work on projects that matter from day one. This is not a shadowing programme. You will own a defined project, work alongside experienced engineers and business professionals, and present outcomes to leadership.

Three integrated workstreams: (1) Standardize customer-facing EVT documentation for environmental testing activities. (2) Support definition and implementation of a contamination control plan for satellite AIT activities. (3) Develop an AIT KPI dashboard for visibility of integration, testing, NCR tracking, and operational performance.

• Complete EVT customer documentation package (proposals, costing sheets, capability summaries, forms, test reports)
• AIT contamination control package (procedures, checklists, monitoring logs, awareness materials)
• Functional AIT KPI dashboard with operational metrics, reporting views, and user documentation

• Engineering documentation control and EVT/AIT workflow understanding
• Cleanroom and contamination-control practices, aerospace quality processes
• KPI and performance monitoring, dashboard and data visualization development
• AIT operational analysis and procedure development

Students pursuing Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with interest in satellite integration, testing, and quality systems
