About the Role
~1 min readAs a Professional Services Manager, you will own complex customer engagements end-to-end — leading process discovery, architecture design, and advanced configuration of tailored Risk Cloud® solutions. Operating as a trusted GRC advisor, you will partner with enterprise customer risk teams to translate sophisticated business objectives into scalable platform workflows while managing account health and delivery excellence. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise risk advisory, advanced SaaS platform configuration, and emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Lead Bespoke Customer Engagements: Own complex professional services projects end-to-end, conducting deep-dive discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver documented business outcomes.
- →Architect & Configure Advanced Risk Cloud Solutions: Build sophisticated, non-standard Risk Cloud workflows and data models to address complex enterprise GRC use cases, ensuring solutions adhere to long-term architectural best practices.
- →Leverage AI & Automation: Utilize AI-assisted workflows and platform capabilities to accelerate configuration timelines, optimize process mapping, and help customers augment their GRC program performance.
- →Proactive Project & Account Management: Autonomously manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, proactively identify risks to customer health, execute "get well" strategies to ensure customer success. Triage customer requests as they come in delegating to junior consultants as needed while managing the request queue.
- →Provide Strategic GRC Advisory: Apply deep domain expertise across enterprise risk management, compliance frameworks, third-party risk, and audit to guide customer strategy and build long-term trust with risk executives.
- →Drive Quick Wins & Value Demonstration: Identify early value realization opportunities within engagements, establishing momentum and proving platform ROI well before full project completion.
- →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Account Executives, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs, advocate for platform enhancements, and drive portfolio expansion.
- →Mentorship & Team Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a subject matter expert across the Professional Services team, sharing configuration best practices, contributing to internal playbooks, and mentoring junior consultants.

- 5+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of independently managing complex or bespoke customer projects.
- Advanced Technical & Solution Architecture Skills: Demonstrated ability to master complex software platforms and build advanced, custom configurations and integrations for enterprise clients. Can communicate and synthesize LogicGate principles clearly to external executives and internal stakeholders alike.
- AI Literacy & Curiosity: Enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize workflow design, streamline delivery processes, and deliver innovative advisory solutions to clients.
- Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of facilitating executive discovery sessions, navigating change management, and presenting to C-level risk leaders.
- Autonomous Execution & Scope Ownership: Strong project management rigor, with the ability to manage project health, protect SOW scope, and drive risk mitigation independently.
- Flexibility for On-Site Engagement: Willingness and ability to travel as needed for customer on-sites, team planning workshops, and company gatherings.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Hands-on experience as a former GRC practitioner (e.g., Risk Manager, Compliance Officer, IT Auditor) prior to entering SaaS consulting.
- Advanced experience configuring LogicGate Risk Cloud or direct exposure to enterprise GRC platforms like AuditBoard, OneTrust, Drata, or MetricStream.
- Experience delivering post-go-live custom enhancements, advisory engagements, or bespoke professional services (beyond standard onboarding/implementation).
- Familiarity with API integrations, data transformations, or reporting/analytics tools within enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Deep GRC Domain Expertise: Robust knowledge of enterprise governance, risk management, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA), third-party risk, or internal audit processes.
The anticipated base salary range for the role is $105,000 - $120,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
