Loguers Hotel Sales & Marketing is a leading hotel sales and marketing company specializing in driving revenue growth for hotels and resorts. We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our partners' properties and driving sales revenue.
As a Sales Associate, you will assist in managing sales and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry. You will create and deliver effective sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and provide outstanding customer service to our partners.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities

- →Market and competition analysis
- →Develop positive relationships with partners
- →Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
- →Overlooking hotel sales and providing the necessary consultation
- →Yield and Revenue Management
- →In charge of utilizing in the best possible way OTA extranets in order to increase hotel sales
- →Keeping the property's content informed and up to date
- →Being able to communicate excellently is substantial for this position and building partner relations
- →Responsibilities also include reporting and data analysis
- →Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry
- →Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to our partners
- →Negotiate contracts and pricing
- →Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
- →Provide exceptional customer service to partners throughout the sales process
Requirements

- Proven experience in sales in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
