Villa Collection Manager

About Loguers Loguers is a hospitality services company partnering with hotels and villa properties across Greece. We help our partners grow through Marketing, Online Sales, and Offline Sales — including curated flash sales with leading European platforms.
About the Role We're expanding our Villa Collection and looking for a Villa Collection Manager to take ownership of our portfolio of premium villa properties. You'll be the main point of contact for villa owners and managers, ensuring each property is positioned, priced, and marketed to perform at its best across our distribution channels.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners and property managers
• Source and onboard new villas into our collection
• Optimize listings, pricing, and availability across our channels
• Work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive bookings
• Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities for each property
• Represent Loguers in partner meetings, site visits, and occasional industry events

What we're looking for

• Genuine interest in hospitality, travel, or property management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple properties
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Confident with digital tools (CRM, channel managers, Excel)
• Experience in villa management, hotel sales, or OTA operations is a plus — but not required for the right candidate
