This is exactly where we need someone like you: as our new Bar Manager (m/f/d) – seasonal position until the end of October.

You will take the lead at our pool bar, crafting refreshing drinks and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a hands-on host, you bring LOISIUM’s distinctive world of wine, lifestyle, and hospitality to life through attentive service and a genuine passion for guest interaction. Working closely with the F&B and hotel teams, you ensure a smooth daily operation and a consistently high-quality bar experience.

In your role as Bar Manager, you will play a key part in creating unforgettable summer moments for our guests – from perfectly served drinks to a vibrant poolside ambiance.

  Take an active, hands-on role behind the bar, preparing and serving drinks with a strong focus on quality and presentation;

  Create a relaxed, vibrant poolside atmosphere and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner;

  Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the pool bar, supporting and guiding the team during service;

  Prepare cocktails, long drinks, and beverage recommendations with a good understanding of wine and champagne;

  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at all times;

  Monitor stock levels, support ordering, and ensure efficient use of products;

  Handle guest requests and feedback with care, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience;

  Work closely with the F&B and service teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hands-on bar role;

• Passion for creating great drinks and delivering a high-quality, personable service;

• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and ideally wine and champagne;

• A natural host personality with strong communication skills and a positive attitude;

• Hands-on, reliable, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment;

• Fluent in English; French is an advantage;

• Well-groomed appearance and a sense for style and atmosphere;

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and peak season;

• Availability for a seasonal position until the end of October in the Champagne region.
