We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer & Operations Support Specialist to join our Lomography USA office based in Brooklyn. You’ll play a pivotal role in assisting with customers, ensuring seamless day-to-day order processing, and assisting with warehouse communications. You’ll work closely with the rest of the family-sized USA team and with our Online team on a global level. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about photography, with the ability to connect daily with a global community of like-minded individuals and creatives.

Responsibilities

Handle customer concerns via email, phone, or punctual in-person drop-by to the office

Process orders, pre-orders, returns, exchanges, review transactions and update our internal records accordingly for North America
- →
File case evidences into our internal tools for quality control
- →
Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of the B2B customer support
- →
Coordinate logistics-related topics with the local warehouse
- →
Management & tracking of the in-house product inventory
- →
Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as needed
- →
Punctually support the Marketing & Wholesale team for organizing local events or product showcase
Requirements
~1 min read1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, customer support or a similar role
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite, especially spreadsheets.
Strong organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the importance for excellent customer support
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledgeable about film photography and Lomography products
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

Full-time, on-site ($ 40,000 - $45,000 indicational annual salary range, actual compensation to discuss based on skills & experience)
