BOH Associate

Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Back of House (BOH) Associate to join the London retail team, reporting directly to the Inventory Specialist. This position will help support inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and product maintenance.

• →Assist with daily inventory replenishments
• →Maintain all back of house and stockroom standards inline with brand expectations
• →Assist with managing incoming deliveries and ensure shipment accuracy upon receipt
• →Support with the creation of weekly stock management reports
• →Share feedback on processes to help optimize efficiency throughout the season
• →Assist with reviews of stock flow and storage processes
• →Support management with cycle counts and stock takes
• →Support merchandising teams in the preparation of floor moves and visual merchandising updates

• Experience in retail operations and stock handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as a team with a keen attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel 
• Flexible working hours
