The Landscaper is responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance services for commercial properties. This position requires hands-on experience with landscape equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team to maintain high-quality site appearance.

Responsibilities

→Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and debris cleanup
→Operate landscape equipment such as mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and riding lawn equipment
→Assist with basic irrigation repairs including head replacement and minor line repairs
→Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
→Follow safety procedures and company standards at all job sites
→Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions or repair needs

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of verifiable landscape maintenance experience
Proficient in the use of mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and riding lawn equipment
Basic irrigation repair knowledge
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate equipment for extended periods
