The Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in supporting financial advisors and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This position is responsible for administrative tasks, client relationship management, and operational support within the branch office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a professional and client focused approach.


Responsibilities

  • →Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, and in-person interactions while addressing account inquiries and service requests.
  • →Coordinate advisor calendars, schedule client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and manage follow-up communications to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • →Process new account openings, transfers, beneficiary changes, RMDs, address updates, and other account maintenance activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • →Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system and support compliance efforts by adhering to firm, FINRA, and SEC regulations while safeguarding confidential client information.
  • →Collaborate with custodians, fund companies, and financial institutions to process transactions, resolve account issues, and monitor account accuracy.
  • →Support overall office operations and client engagement initiatives through document preparation, mail management, event coordination, educational seminars, newsletters, social media updates, and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn and use CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, accounting or finance.

$23.52-$39.17/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
