Role Purpose: 
This role is focused on execution and stabilization, not ongoing HR operations or strategic program ownership.
The HR Systems Analyst will stabilize, clean, and strengthen HR systems, with a focus on data integrity, system reliability, and accurate reporting. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: fix what’s broken, standardize what’s messy, and document how things actually work.
 
6-Month Outcomes:
By the end of the contract, this role will have:
- Improved accuracy and consistency of HR data
- Resolved system gaps, errors, and recurring issues
- Delivered reliable HR reporting 
- Documented core HRIS processes and data standards
- Reduced manual work and ad-hoc fixes
  • Audit and clean employee data across ADP, BambooHR, and connected systems
  • Correct job titles, reporting lines, compensation, and employment status data
  • Establish basic data standards and ongoing system checks
  • Build and maintain complex HR reports using ADP, BambooHR, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Troubleshoot HR system issues and partner with vendors (ADP/BambooHR/Lever) as needed
  • Document HRIS processes and reporting logic for ongoing use
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP and BambooHR
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with database relationships and complex report writing
  • Comfortable working in a messy system environment and driving issues to resolution
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and strict discretion with confidential data
