Perform Discovery and Workflow Analysis to include the following responsibilities: Assess existing workflows and identify manual, repetitive, and high-friction activities suitable for automation.
Analyze incident response and root cause analysis workflows to identify opportunities for automation of summaries, draft artifacts, and operational reporting.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
- →5+ years of experience as a Process Automation Engineer supporting enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs
- → Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
- →Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for complex systems and application
- → Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements management processes
- →Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating business needs into technical solutions
- →Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- →Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- →Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms
