Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
→5+ years of experience as a Process Automation Engineer supporting enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs
→ Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
→Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for complex systems and application
→ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements management processes
→Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating business needs into technical solutions
→Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
→Excellent written and verbal communication skills
→Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms
