- We are seeking a dedicated, fast-paced Customer Service Agent to join our high-volume legal services support team.
- In this role, you will be the critical first point of contact for individuals seeking legal defense for traffic tickets and commercial vehicle offenses.
- Your primary mission is to answer inbound inquiries, qualify leads efficiently, and book them for consultations with our legal professionals.
- Because our clients are often dealing with stressful situations, this position requires a professional who can balance high efficiency with a friendly, empathetic, and supportive tone.

- Lead Intake & Qualification: Monitor and actively respond to inbound leads generated via Pipedrive web forms, phone calls (150–200 per day), and SMS inquiries (10–20 per day).
- Rapid Response Time: Maintain a competitive edge by contacting new leads via phone, email, or text within a strict 10–15 minute target timeframe.
- Appointment Setting: Managing Microsoft Outlook calendars to seamlessly book 15-minute free consultations between qualified leads and our paralegals or sales agents.
- Smart Call Routing: Learn and execute specific routing rules for various geographic regions (e.g., Alberta, Quebec, New York).
- Internal Coordination: Utilize Microsoft Teams to collaborate with internal staff and immediately escalate time-sensitive, high-priority situations like upcoming court appearances.
- Data Management: Ensure flawless data entry, precise tagging, and meticulous lead tracking within the Pipedrive CRM.
- 2 Years of Experience
- Software/platforms required: Pipedrive, Aircall, MS Teams, and Google Workspace
Key Requirements (Must-Haves) - Language Proficiency: Native or near-native English fluency with an exceptionally clear, confident, and professional phone presence.
- High-Volume Call Experience: Proven success handling heavy inbound call volumes (150 to 280 calls per day during peak periods) without sacrificing quality or composure.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Pipedrive (or a similar CRM), Aircall (or a similar cloud phone system), and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Teams).
- Professional Background: Prior experience in high-volume inbound intake, legal/medical booking, or professional services support.
- No Legal Background Required: We will train you on the specifics; we value your intake and customer service superpowers above all else.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience or exposure working within a legal support or law firm environment.
