About Lucyd

Lucyd is a performance marketing and growth agency helping ambitious wellness brands scale through acquisition, retention, creative strategy, and conversion optimization.

We specialize in building scalable growth systems for brands operating in complex and highly regulated industries — including cannabis, hemp, telehealth (including GLP-1s and peptides), supplements, and functional wellness products.

We are not just media buyers running ad campaigns. We operate as integrated growth partners embedded in our clients’ businesses, helping them solve problems across the full customer journey.

Our team moves quickly, communicates transparently, and operates with a high level of ownership and accountability. We care deeply about outcomes, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships.

Why This Role Exists

The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for owning the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising.

This role exists to help our clients scale profitably through search while navigating the unique challenges of operating in regulated and policy-constrained industries.

Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, technical platform expertise, and a relentless focus on performance. The strongest candidates will be comfortable operating in complex advertising environments where growth often depends on creativity, experimentation, and the ability to solve challenges without obvious solutions.

Working in Complex Advertising Environments

Lucyd specializes in helping brands grow in industries where advertising is rarely straightforward.

Many of our clients operate in highly regulated or policy-constrained categories, including hemp-derived cannabinoids, cannabis-adjacent products, telehealth services, GLP-1s, peptides, supplements, and functional wellness products.

Success in these industries requires more than platform expertise. It requires curiosity, adaptability, strategic thinking, and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches while operating within evolving platform policies.

The ideal candidate is energized by solving difficult advertising challenges, testing unconventional but compliant strategies, and identifying opportunities where others see limitations. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex advertising challenges and can consistently find innovative ways to help clients scale responsibly.
