About Lucyd
Lucyd is a performance marketing and growth agency helping ambitious wellness brands scale through acquisition, retention, creative strategy, and conversion optimization.
We specialize in building scalable growth systems for brands operating in complex and highly regulated industries — including cannabis, hemp, telehealth (including GLP-1s and peptides), and functional CPG.
We are not just media buyers running ad campaigns. We operate as integrated growth partners embedded into our clients’ businesses, helping them solve problems across the full customer journey.
Our team moves quickly, communicates transparently, and operates with a high level of ownership and accountability. We care deeply about outcomes, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships.
Why This Role Exists
The Growth Strategist is the strategic engine of a Lucyd advertising pod.
This role owns the strategic direction, ROI, and operational alignment of assigned client accounts. Growth Strategists are responsible for helping clients scale profitably while ensuring the pod operates efficiently and at a high standard.
The best Growth Strategists at Lucyd think like operators, not vendors. They understand the economics of the businesses they support and make decisions through the lens of profitable, scalable growth.
Growth Strategists at Lucyd are expected to think holistically across:
- Paid acquisition
- Creative strategy
- Funnel conversion
- Offer positioning
- Business economics
- Retention marketing
- Operational execution
You are expected to operate as a strategic extension of the client’s business.
Without a strong Growth Strategist, the pod doesn’t function effectively. With one, the pod can scale.
